PROCESSING TIMES
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
AUSTRALIA-WIDE SHIPPING
We offer FREE standard shipping on all Australian orders.
Estimated delivery timeframes:
• Queensland: 2–5 business days
• New South Wales & Victoria: 3–7 business days
• South Australia, Western Australia, Tasmania & Northern Territory: 5–10 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, peak periods, or other circumstances outside our control.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery every step of the way.
INCORRECT SHIPPING DETAILS
Please ensure all shipping information is entered correctly before placing your order. Ponchii is not responsible for delays, lost parcels, or returned shipments resulting from incorrect address details supplied by the customer.
LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible at ponchii.sales@outlook.com and we'll work with the shipping carrier to assist in resolving the issue.
PRE-ORDERS
If a product is listed as a pre-order item, the estimated dispatch timeframe will be clearly displayed on the product page. Orders containing pre-order items may be held until all items are available for shipment.
